All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only. Orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in your selected currency and may include applicable taxes depending on your location. Shipping, handling, and customs charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices and promotions at any time. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (or our payment provider) to charge your payment method for your order total.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and season. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events. All orders include a tracking number.

CrossLume is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions are made directly with CrossLume. Shopify is not responsible for orders, refunds, or customer service. You release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and shared. Because we use Shopify, some data may also be processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
