Thank you for shopping with CrossLume. We are committed to delivering your order safely, whether it is a physical product or a digital download. Below you will find all information related to our shipping methods, timelines, and protection options.


Order Processing

All physical product orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email including tracking details will be sent to you.


Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, including:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • European Union countries

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia, New Zealand, and other international destinations

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

Estimated delivery times:

Region Estimated Delivery Time
United States 5 to 7 business days
Canada 5 to 9 business days
European Union 4 to 8 business days
United Kingdom 4 to 7 business days

Paid Shipping (Other Countries)

For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days depending on location.


Digital Products Delivery

All digital products (such as eBooks, audiobooks, and downloadable content) are delivered instantly via email after the order is confirmed.
There are no shipping charges for digital products.


Customs and Import Duties

We cover all customs and import fees for orders shipped to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

For all other countries, any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for more information.


Shipping Protection – Theft, Loss, and Damage Guarantee

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to provide additional peace of mind.

What is covered:

  • Lost packages during transit

  • Stolen packages marked as "delivered" but not received

  • Items damaged during delivery

How it works:

  • If Shipping Protection is selected at checkout, we will reship or refund the order in full, without further conditions.

  • If Shipping Protection is not selected, we will still assist you to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee compensation or reshipment in cases of theft, loss, or damage.

Shipping Protection is offered for a small additional fee and can be added directly at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building’s reception

  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

  3. If unresolved, contact us at support@crosslume.com

If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue immediately.


Shipping Delays and External Events

We strive to meet all estimated delivery times, but delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs inspections

  • Holiday periods or peak seasons

While we are not responsible for such delays, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues related to your shipment.
