We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products or personalized items, as these are made or delivered specifically for you.
For physical products, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return if you are not fully satisfied.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
